Scope of these terms
These terms apply to every consultation, design and full-service project with Interiora Studio ApS, unless a written project agreement says otherwise.

Fees & payment
Design fees are agreed in writing before work begins and invoiced in stages: 30% on signing, 40% at design sign-off and 30% at handover.
Invoices are due within 14 days.

Furniture & purchases
Items we source on your behalf are invoiced at trade price plus an agreed handling fee. Ownership passes to you on full payment.

Changes & cancellations
You can change or pause a project at any time. Work completed up to that point is invoiced, and non-refundable orders remain payable.

Drawings & copyright
Drawings, plans and moodboards remain our intellectual property. You may use them for your own project, but not reproduce them elsewhere without permission.

Liability
We take care in everything we do, but our liability is limited to the value of the design fee for the project concerned.
07
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute will be settled by the courts of Copenhagen.
