01
What we collect
When you contact us or book a call we collect your name, email, phone number and anything you choose to tell us about your project.
When you visit our website we collect anonymous usage data — pages viewed, device type and approximate location — to understand what is useful.
02
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, prepare proposals and deliver your project.
We never sell your data, and we only share it with suppliers working on your project when that is needed — for example a joiner who needs your address for a delivery.
03
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep the site working, and optional analytics cookies only if you accept them.
You can change your choice at any time in your browser settings.
04
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for two years. Project records are kept for seven years to meet accounting rules, then deleted.
05
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time.
You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
